Shipping Policy
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all New Zealand orders. This will be sent out via a tracked service through NZ Couriers. The indicative transit time is between 3-6 business days.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. Please note that any Public Holidays may affect dispatch times.
Please note we are unable to deliver to PO BOXES and we are not responsible for any orders going missing if you have specified for your order to be delivered to a PO BOX address.
Refund and Exchange Policy
1. Please send through your request within 14 days of accepting the delivery of the product
2. Proof of purchase must be supplied with your request
3. The items you are requesting a refund or exchange must be in the original packaging.
4. We will send you clear instructions on how to organise your return parcel as this can differ case by case.
